Method of application( Externally):

• Aroma lamp:
  – For mental fatigue – 3 drops of lavender, 1 drop of peppermint, 2 drops of rosemary or 4 drops of rosemary, 2 drops of lavender, 2 drops of lemon.
  – For nervous tension, depression – 4 drops of lemon, 2 drops of rosemary, 2 drops of lavender.
• Inhalation:
  – For polyps – in 2 liters of water put 5 drops of rosemary for 10 minutes.
  -In inflammation of the upper respiratory tract – 1 drop of thyme, eucalyptus, lavender, rosemary – in a glass of warm water for 5 minutes.
• Massage:
  – To stimulate blood circulation, cellulite, muscle and joint pain – 20 drops of rosemary per 50 ml of base oil.
  – For varicose veins and hemorrhoids – in a moisturizer put 1 drop of lemon oil and rosemary. The affected areas are lubricated 1-2 times a day.
  – For colds – 20 ml of almond oil mixed with 2 drops of thyme, rosemary, and lemon oil.
• Others:
  – In case of impotence – a sitting bath with 8-10 drops of rosemary warms and improves blood circulation in the male genitals.
  – In case of vaginal discharge – prepare a mixture of 10 ml of almond oil with 10 drops of rosemary, dripping 7 to 10 drops of the mixture on a bandage.
  – In case of constipation to normalize the activity of the intestines – massage the stomach in a clockwise direction with rosemary oil.
  – For oily and prone to inflammation skin – in 50 g cream 3 drops of lemon, 2 drops of rosemary.
