We ship products as quickly as possible, but this will not always be the day of your order. Please add 2-4 business days to allow processing time. If we expect a longer lead time, this will be noted in the product description. You should receive an email from us confirming your order shortly after you place your order. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder and see if you can find it. If you did not receive the order confirmation email, you also will not receive the email with your notification information and shipment tracking information.
If you are offered insurance but do not accept it, we cannot be responsible for damaged, lost or stolen packages.
Our Shipping Policy
Delivery estimates below include item preparation and shipping time.
All orders will be charged the same day they are placed and will ship out on or before the available ship date.
We will NOT be held responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address as a result of the customer’s mistake or misspelling of the shipping address.
It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to make certain that she or he enters the address correctly. Please double-check the address you enter.
Our packages cannot be forwarded to a different address in case of a change of address. The shipping address entered must be the final location of the shipment.
Orders are processed the same business day and address changes cannot be made after your order has been placed.
We make international deliveries with a few exceptions. Please note that you, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and can’t give you an estimate of the cost, because it varies widely around the world. Please do your research so you’re ready to get your package cleared through customs, and have an idea of what the additional cost will be.
We may use the information provided to contact you if your order does not complete.
We ship out with the Bulgarian Posts. International shipping – with DPD.
Economy Shipping – Bulgarian Posts , please allow 8-10 business days for your order to arrive depending on the distance.
Shipping with DPD – please allow 3-10 business days for your order to arrive depending on the distance.
We work for 100% customer satisfaction. Want to return our product? Please inform us about this decision on email firstname.lastname@example.org and you can return it to us
We will issue a refund/credit if you are not satisfied with your purchase and notify us within 7 days of product receipt. The returned product must be in brand new condition the way you received it. It must be returned in its original packaging and in a condition for sale.
You will be responsible for all return shipping charges and we will not refund the original shipping fee.
All returns must indicate their order number for all communication. We are unable to accept a blind return. All credits will be refunded to the credit card used at the time of processing your return. Please wait 2-3 days after receiving and checking the returned items for proper credit, as it will take a while before the refund appears on your card.
For some products, due to the nature of the product, we have a policy of final sales.
We know you will appreciate that you will get a brand new, never dirty, product, not someone’s exchange or return.
We do NOT substitute for a different product from the original orders.
Products that will be returned to you for your price and cost when we receive:
Any product not purchased from alecomshop.com;
Any product that is returned without any original packaging and accessories, including the retail bag, and any other items originally included in the product;
Any product from which the UPC code is removed from its packaging;
Any product that has physical damage;
Any product that is not approved as “defective” and/ or “defective”.
Please do not damage the original product packaging and labels.
We only agree to cover shipping costs if:
– The goods received do not clearly correspond to those stated in the order;
– The mistake is the result of our guilt;
– The product has been damaged or missing some of the order;
In any other case, the transport costs are at the expense of the customer.
The refund shall be made by bank transfer within 7 working days of receipt of the goods.
Alecomshop.com reserves the right not to send orders to customers with product returns more than 30% of their total number of products ordered.
